How does this process work?

We charge a surcharge. A standard surcharge is $2.50-$3.00 per transaction. A portion of that surcharge is due to the store owner. Amount earned depends on the amount of transactions. Average amount of transactions is 300 per month per ATM, so on average you can expect $600/month in profit per ATM. If you have 10 machines, you are making $6,000/month net.

You will receive a backend dashboard login to monitor your ATMs in realtime. This will help you see the amount of transactions, how much was dispensed, which locations need servicing, and how much revenue each machine is generating.

What type of machines do you use?

The most popular machines we use are HYOSUNG and GENMEGA. There’s 3 different sizes: 1k, 2k, and 4k (dual 2k). This means that if you have a 1k cassette, it holds 1,000 bills. Bills range by denomination you’d like to use (5,10,20) and depends on the business you are servicing.

How long are the ATM contracts?

A typical ATM contract lasts for 5 years. Make sure you have a contract with each store owner so you are protected for 5-10 years. This varies per store owner and what they are willing to agree upon.
